Here I have selected a very small percentage of my favorite works by Edgar Allen Poe.
Short Bio - Poe was born in the winter of 1809. He was orphaned at the age of 3 and attended an orphan school until he went to college in Virginia where he made a great deal of trouble. Ravaging around the campus at odd hours of the night excessively drunk, he and his friends would find ways to cause as much trouble as possible. He Later went on to produce some of the greatest pieces of literature of all time including the works displayed on this page. He lived the last days of his life as an alcoholic. Collaborating evidence shows that Poe was also an opium user which he used to expand his imagination. This obviously had quite an amazing effect on his writing!!!
